The small pyrenaic city of Boltaña, in collaboration with the Provincial Council of Huesca and the region of Sobrarbe, has been organizing for many years his Festival of Etnografic Documentary Espiello. Despite of not being the only one, neither the older, it's a really nice festival with an interesting programme in an unique environment
Boltaña, in the Pyrenees of Huesca will be this days one of the venues of the 14th Huesca's Festival of Films Directed by Women. The projections and activities will be shared by this little city in the mountains from march the 13th to 16th, the city of Huesca from march the 17th to 23rd, and also with Sariñena and Bujaraloz. Therefore the festival will take place in different landscapes of the province: the Pyrenees, the Hoya and the Monegros.
The Ministry of Culture through the Institute of Cinematography and Audiovisual Arts has published the terms and conditions to acceed to financial aids for feature films and shortfilms production in 2014. Here is the link to the documents:

The shooting of the film Análisis de sangre azul by Blanca Torres and Gabriel Velázquez has started this friday the 17th of january.
This feature will be the directional debut of filmmaker and screenwriter Blanca Torres how will direct this first movie in collaboration with director Gabriel Velázquez. They had already worked together in previous projects where Blanca has done scriptwritting and editing in some films of Velázquez like Amateurs, Iceberg or Ärtico. By the way, Ärticohas been selected to be screened in the "Generation" section of the next Berlinale film festival, in february.
